Kate joined HowAboutWe in November 2010. Since then, she has helped to build and lead HowAboutWes acquisition team, expanding our strategy from a single channel to an integrated, multi-channel approach with increasing scale and positive return on investment. In addition to acquisition, she works closely with the CEOs and CFO around financial modeling.
Prior to joining HowAboutWe, she worked at Goldman Sachs in Debt Capital Markets, advising consumer, retail, and healthcare corporations. She began her career at Forrester Research, where she studied how technology changes impacted business.
An active participant in the NYC startup community, Kate has taught User Acquisition Marketing at General Assembly and How To Transition From Finance to Tech through Skillshare. Kate earned a bachelors degree from Dartmouth College in Geography & Economics, and spent ten days at Wharton Business School before dropping out to pursue a career in tech startups. She is an avid reader, passionate about food, wine, and travel.
