It's always a good starting point to take a good look at yourself first which this section will guide you through.

Lecture 5 09:26 It's vital to have goals. Goals can be small or big. They can cover a range of elements. This section will guide you through all the main areas that you should consider. Goals and desires can be the same thing but often are not. Following on from the opening section on goal setting, this section aims to guide you through your key desires.

This section is for those who want to take their goals one step further, beyond the personal. It is for those who want to make their lives really matter.

Lecture 10 08:59 Words have power. They tell us a lot about ourselves. This section will tell you how to listen to the words you use and what you may be creating. Stress is a form of energy. How it is managed is key to success and this is discussed in this section.
